• The Zipbolt UT angled handrail rod (universal tool) is primarily designed for the stairway industry to provide concealed attachment of the handrail at a given angle to a post • The connector uses UT drive technology which allows for easy, deep, right-angled tightening inside the handrail using a simple hex bit or Allen key • The 8 mm pivoting shaft has a wood thread that allows it to be inserted into the post by hand • Once the handrail is drilled and the angle cut (finally), the connector is easily fixed in position • Swivel action adjusts to any required angle, both open and closed • Connector ensures a strong joint with no long visible screws on the post and no nail holes filled with putty • Finish: zinc
